WHAT IS THE UNION RESCUE MISSION? - IN A "NUTSHELL" What programs & services are provided by the Union Rescue Mission? 1) Shelter for the homeless. 2) Food for the hungry. 3)Our New Beginnings Program, a Resident Christ-centered life-change program for men whose lives have been shattered by homelessness and addictions. 4) Medical assistance provided to the students in our New Beginnings Recovery Program. 5) Counseling and assitance for the homeless and for food box recipients. 6) FREE Food Box assistance to those in need. 7) FREE baby formula and diapers for tots and toddlers in need. 8) Employment counseling and guidance for the homeless ready to re-enter the work force. . . . just to name a few. |
